Peach Hill Capital owns and operates apartment communities in the Southeast with a focus on secondary markets in Georgia, the Carolinas, and northern Florida. The firm was founded in January 2023 by three partners with roughly 60 years and 15,000 units of combined multifamily experience between them.

The partners spent their careers inside institutional real estate investment managers. PHC was built from the start on that foundation: a data-driven approach to underwriting and asset management, on a platform that can grow deliberately and at scale without changing how it works.

Downside protection, upside potential
We target properties we can acquire at an attractive basis with conservative financing, where multiple asset- and market-specific levers can be pulled to increase cash flow and/or drive appreciation. This mitigates downside risk and creates several paths to upside.
Institutional-quality reporting
Investors receive quarterly letters and, typically, quarterly distributions, along with annual tax documents, all through a dedicated investor portal. The partners themselves are the point of contact.
